A Bit More About Us
Patrick Nolan - Paddy has worked in a variety of roles in the health & fitness industry for more than 20 years.
Paddy has coached several Triathlon Team members from around the world, has competed as a triathlete & power lifter on the international scene. He has run his own personal training business, has been coaching professionally in several disciplines and taught group fitness classes for over 20 years. His areas of expertise consist of sports specific training for triathlon, (running/cycling/swimming), Bodybuilding & Outdoor adventure pursuits amongst others, which you can see in his Qualification portfolio. He is a certified indoor cycling instructor, has participated in many endurance cycle and running events internationally, to help raise money and awareness for several charities/ Foundations.
About Karine Pouyfaucon-Nolan
Karine has always been an active person in her youth. As she moved to London and was more involved in city life, she found herself to become inactive and out of shape. So starting out in the gym was great and got more outdoors abut also had a bad posture and began to have back problems, so Pilates was advised. After six months, she started looking at 5 and 10km races and even triathlons.
Karine is Fletcher qualified in mat and equipment as well as classically trained. She is an exercise post breast cancer specialist.

Training Camps Holidays
Triathlon, Cycling, Running & Pilates
Taking your cycling training to new heights, the Tour de France Cycling Break, Training Camp/ Holiday in the French Pyrenees will offer you varying terrains to test your technique, break bad habits and improve your performance and stamina. After a day’s activities, Our ideal location situated on the side of Col du Solour allows you to relax and recover before the next day’s adventures in our rustic Pyreneen retreat.
• B&B in a Rustic Mountain Guest House
• Pack lunch and evening group dinner, nothing haute cuisine but nutritious and filling.
• 3 rides (4th and 5th one optional ) all rides led by Paddy
• Transfer of your kit, Airport transfers-Pau/Lourdes-Tarbes
• Bike training plan for the Pyrenees Mountains (10-16 weeks’ worth of training plan)
• Trilogy Performance Training, Team support car is on hand for assistance at all times, except where the routes don’t allow access.. The vehicle carries all your kit as well as bike spares, repair kit, first aid, snacks and lunch, leaving you to travel light and enjoy your ride. Radio contact with car by Paddy.
• After all the climbing, we will take a the lead of the Pro Riders and have a rest day. A nice relaxing breakfast. Then followed by a Pilates session to help Prepare for the Big ride Day. A Good Full sit down Lunch, then a little outing in the afternoon if you so wish.

The Pilates Method of exercise was developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s. It was originally used as a rehabilitation program for prisoners of war. What is Pilates?
